  • To qualify for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

    • A description of the issue.

    • Photos of the unopened, damaged product and its packaging.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once we receive your request and supporting documentation, we will review it and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided, we may offer store credit equal to the value of the item.

4. Non-Returnable Items
